Returns:

• You have the right to cancel the agreement within 30 days of receiving your order without giving reasons and to return the product, provided it is unopened.
• During this period you must handle the product and packaging with care and only unpack the product to the extent necessary to determine its nature and characteristics.
• The costs for returning are at your own expense.
• To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must contact customer service and return the product in its original condition and packaging. The order amount will be refunded within 14 days after receipt of the returned product.

Guarantee:

• In case of damage during transport, customer service must be contacted immediately. If the defect falls within the warranty, replacement will be provided free of charge.
• In the email to customer service you must always state your name, order number and photos of the defect.

Wrong delivery:

• If you receive a different product than ordered, please contact customer service. In the email you must include your name, order number, and photos of the defect and the packing slip.

Return exceptions:

• The right of withdrawal does not apply to products with a limited shelf life, products whose seal has been broken after delivery, used products, or products that have been mixed with other products.

Returns via delivery service

Step 1: Place the items in their respective packaging back into the shipping box

Step 2: Add a completed form (request this by email)

Step 3: Close the shipping box tightly

Step 4: Write down the return address below on the box:

Step 5: Take the package to a post office and have it sent to the NMBR-10 head office. Save the track & trace code!

Step 6: The amount you paid for the ordered products will be refunded to your account. The amount you paid for shipping will NOT be refunded.
