Delivery time & shipping costs

We do our utmost to deliver your order(s) to you as soon as possible. Orders placed on workdays before 5:00 PM will be shipped the same day. In most cases, this means that you will receive your ordered product the next day. We do everything we can to ship your order as quickly as possible. If you order from Belgium/Germany, you will usually receive your order within 3 to 5 working days. If, for whatever reason, we do not meet this delivery time, we will of course inform you as soon as possible.

The prices stated for the products do not include shipping costs.

Shipping costs for delivery within the Netherlands:

€6.95 for orders under €60 Free for orders over €60

Shipping costs for delivery within Belgium/Germany:

€19.95 for orders under €150 Free for orders over €150

Delivery

The delivery of the order is via the PostNL/DHL parcel deliverer and can be followed using a track & trace code. In general, delivery will take place the next working day between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the time of delivery. If you are not at home, the package will be offered again later or delivered to the neighbors.

During public holidays

During holidays it can get quite busy in our warehouse. Despite this crowd, we do everything we can to ship the orders placed as quickly as possible. In this situation, we ask you to take into account that your order may take a little longer than you are used to from us.
